Hey, Pumpkin!

Here’s a little Halloween quickie! I got these cute Daisy D’s cardstock die cuts from Jacksonbelle’s store, and promptly misplaced them (if you could see my stamp room, you understand why!). I found them on Sunday, just after I swore I was done stamping for the day. But I couldn’t resist – I had to do a quick one!

My base is Marigold Morning cardstock — I am still cherishing my In Colors from last year. The Marigold is such a great fall color! Based on the other colors in the die cut tag, I chose Elegant Eggplant for my only layer. I ran it through my Cuttlebug (d’Vine Swirl folder) and outlined each of the swirls with my Basic Black journaler, for more defintion. My image is a $1 stamp from Mike’s – cute, huh?? I stamped it in Black Stazon, and used my markers to color it. I added a Q&Co big orange brad to it, and some fun polka dot organdy ribbon (also from jacksonbelle!) in orange and purple. The little ribbon buckle is from Joanns.com. To polish the whole thing off, I ticket punched the corners of everything. I’m just tickled with this simple little card — not my best work, I know. But it was fun and easy!!!
